Job summary

New Engen, the Seattle-based growth partner, is seeking a proactive marketer to support client relationships and drive account execution across paid social campaigns. You will coordinate creative workflows, organize assets, and help translate performance insights into actionable optimizations for multiple brands.

In a fast-paced agency environment, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, contribute to testing plans, and prepare client-facing reports and presentations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or in-house paid social marketing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communicator for updates and feedback to clients and teams.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with social media trends and platforms.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack.
• Experience with sports betting or tech clients is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and account execution to keep projects moving.
