Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Senior Programmatic Strategist in the Dallas area to own day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other DSPs. You’ll monitor performance, translate data into actionable decisions, and collaborate with the Programmatic Manager to keep client campaigns on track.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure quality checks, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast-moving team environment.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize the client’s programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.
• Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions with the Programmatic Manager.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.
• Own assigned work for the client and coordinate execution with the team.
• Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.
• Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and client team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.
