WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Senior Programmatic Strategist to own day-to-day execution in The Trade Desk and other DSPs for a specific client. You’ll monitor performance, translate goals into audience, inventory, and bidding decisions, and collaborate with the Programmatic Manager.

Based in Dallas–Fort Worth, you’ll join a fast-moving team, enjoy an unlimited vacation policy, stipends for phone and internet, and health insurance. Level 1–4 pay ranges from $95k to $140k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and another DSP.
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, pacing, targeting, bidding, and measurement.
• Experience managing client accounts in a fast-moving team environment with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.
• Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and optimize.
• Own assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.
• Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to stay on schedule.
