Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead deployment for a major enterprise client. You will drive the deployment lifecycle, mentor a distributed team, and partner with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops to translate strategy into flawless execution at scale.

You will champion AI-powered workflows to improve deployment efficiency, QA quality, and operational velocity, while ensuring governance and best practices across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programmatic media experience within an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency across leading programmatic platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads; deep Google Ads & YouTube expertise.
• Deep expertise in campaign architecture, account structure, deployment, QA, trafficking, launch management, and optimization.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, coaching, and creating opportunities for growth.
• Experience managing complex deployment workflows across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates across U.S.-based, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Translate strategy into execution with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops teams.
• Own deployment lifecycle across campaigns: build, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, post-launch validation.
• Develop scalable deployment frameworks to support performance and reporting.
• Serve as senior escalation point for deployment challenges and governance compliance.
