Job summary

DEPT is hiring a senior Associate Director, Programmatic to lead the deployment function for a large enterprise client. You will oversee a distributed team across US nearshore and offshore locations, translating strategy into flawless, scalable campaigns while driving AI-enabled efficiencies and governance across platforms.

You will partner with Strategy/Performance, Ad Ops, and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, rigorous QA, and continuous improvement in deployment excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of programmatic media experience in an agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency with major platforms; Google Ads and YouTube expertise required.
• Deep expertise in campaign architecture, account structure, deployment and optimization.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing complex deployment workflows across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management, launch governance, and process development.
• Ability to troubleshoot, validate measurements, and ensure quality at scale.
• Demonstrated trust-building, organization, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• A proactive, results-driven mentality aligned with DEPT values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates across US-based, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Partner with Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops to translate strategy into execution.
• Own deployment lifecycle from build to validation across campaigns.
• Lead campaign architecture and scalable account structures.
• Serve as senior escalation point for deployment challenges and governance.
• Identify, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows.
• Lead internal project management and deployment roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops, Data Science, Planning, and other media teams.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Promote DEPT's values and an inclusive, collaborative culture.
