Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead the deployment function for one of our largest enterprise clients. You will oversee a distributed team and partner with Strategy/Performance, Ad Ops, and Delivery to build, launch, and optimize complex campaigns at scale.

You will drive deployment excellence, establish scalable frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, and Google Ads is required.

Qualifications

5–7 years of programmatic media experience in an agency setting.
Advanced proficiency across leading programmatic platforms (TD, DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads).
Experience leading and developing teams with cross‑functional collaboration.
Strong understanding of deployment workflows, QA, trafficking, and launch management.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a distributed deployment team across US, nearshore, and offshore groups.
Translate strategy into flawless deployment and optimization of campaigns at scale.
Own deployment lifecycle: build, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, post‑launch validation.
Develop scalable deployment frameworks and AI‑enabled workflows for efficiency.
