DEPT® is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic to oversee the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns in our retail vertical. You’ll partner with clients, manage complex programs, and mentor junior team members to drive performance and growth.

This remote-first role requires you to be located in the US within the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones, with flexibility and strong collaboration across teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display, and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience in retail marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (Amazon, DV360, TTD) and ad servers.
• At least 3 years of paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Remote-first role requires Mountain or Pacific time zones.

• Partner closely with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-first recommendations and provide day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Develop & execute cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain effective client relationships by communicating performance insights and strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and clear communication in all client and internal interactions.
• Act as a proactive self-starter who can independently manage workflows while collaborating across teams.
• Support the development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance and achieve client goals.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their growth.

• Bring forward innovative ideas and challenge existing processes to help elevate team performance and campaign results.
