Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic, to oversee and optimize programmatic campaigns for our retail clients. You will partner with client services and programmatic teams, manage complex campaigns across DSPs such as Amazon, DV360, and The Trade Desk, and mentorAccount Managers and Coordinators to raise performance and polish.

This is a remote-first role; candidates must reside in the United States in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display, and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience in retail marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Proficiency with multiple DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360) and ad servers.
• At least 3 years of paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client services to deliver client-first recommendations and provide day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Develop & execute digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms such as Amazon, DV360, and TTD.
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build and maintain client relationships through performance insights and strategic opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Contribute to programmatic strategy to drive performance and client goals.
