DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic, to oversee execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns within our retail vertical. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, manage complex campaigns, and mentor junior team members to support growth.

While DEPT is remote-first, candidates should reside in the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones to align with client needs and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading in retail marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Proficiency with multiple DSPs (Amazon DSP, TTD, DV360) and Ad Servers.
• 3+ years of paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to their growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; strategic mindset.
• Remote-first company; must be in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-first recommendations and day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon (bonus on Walmart/Target).
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain client relationships by communicating performance insights and opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and clear communication in all interactions.
• Act as a proactive self-starter who can independently manage workflows across teams.
• Support development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance and achieve goals.
• Provide guidance and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators.
• Champion core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Bring forward innovative ideas and challenge processes to elevate performance.
