Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display, and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading in retail marketplaces (Walmart, Target, Best Buy).
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360) and Ad Servers.
• 3+ years’ paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Remote-first company, role located in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver recommendations and day-to-day expertise.
• Develop & execute digital campaigns across platforms like Amazon; bonus with Walmart/Target experience.
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build and maintain client relationships by communicating performance insights and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators.
