DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic, to oversee the successful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns within our retail vertical. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators to support their growth.

Although DEPT is a remote-first company, candidates must be located in the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones to ensure collaboration and coverage across client teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience across CTV, Display & Video, with exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience in retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy.
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (Amazon, DV360, TTD) and familiarity with Ad Servers.
• Minimum of 3 years’ paid marketing/ecommerce experience.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
• Remote-first company but required to be located in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon.
• Manage and oversee executions and optimizations of sponsored campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating performance insights and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators.
• Support development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance.
