OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic in the United States to oversee delivery and optimization of high-impact programmatic campaigns. Collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable results across digital channels.

You will mentor junior team members, communicate performance clearly to clients, and contribute to strategic client initiatives in a remote-first, globally connected environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in programmatic media across CTV, display and video; native/OOH is a plus.
• Proficiency with multiple DSPs; DV360 and Amazon Ads preferred; familiarity with ad servers.
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management; build trust with stakeholders.
• Strategic, proactive mindset; manage responsibilities independently with cross-team collaboration.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities to convey insights effectively.
• Advanced experience with GA, DV360, Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-focused recommendations and support execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships by sharing campaign performance and actionable insights.
• Develop programmatic media strategies that align with client objectives and drive performance.
• Oversee the execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns.
• Apply analytical thinking to address challenges and improve outcomes.
• Manage workflows and priorities across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators.
• Communicate complex performance data clearly in client and internal discussions.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign results and team performance.
• Support client pitches, audits, and strategic presentations as needed.
