Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a motivated performance marketing specialist to help manage and optimize paid acquisition channels at scale. You will work closely with the CMO to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate on creative concepts to improve ROAS and CAC targets.

You’ll join a fast-moving, fully remote team, with autonomy to drive campaigns, build insights, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives across landing pages and funnels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Familiar with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Ability to quickly learn new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of core paid acquisition channels and DSPs.
• Pull, clean, organize performance data (CPA, ROAS) for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support creative brief process by sharing data-driven insights to the content team.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing pages and funnel improvements.
• Stay updated on platform rules and potential new acquisition opportunities.
