Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic to oversee the successful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns with high media-buying expertise and operational excellence.

You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, manage complex campaigns, and mentor junior team members to support their development and ensure strong team performance. This remote-first role prefers candidates in PST, MT, or CST timezones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience, across CTV, Display and Video with exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH.
• Proficiency in multiple DSPs (DV360 and Amazon Ads preferred) and familiarity with Ad Servers.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver client-first recommendations and day-to-day programmatic expertise.
• Build and maintain relationships by communicating performance insights and strategic opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and clear communication in client and internal interactions.
• Act as a proactive self-starter who can independently manage workflows while collaborating across teams.
• Support the development and execution of programmatic strategy to drive performance and client goals.
• Provide guidance and light mentorship to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their growth.
• Champion core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Bring forward innovative ideas and challenge existing processes to elevate team performance and campaign results.
