Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical thinking to develop data sources, ensuring data integrity and presenting data-driven solutions to management.
• Exercise strategic thinking to identify issues, opportunities, and alternatives and support implementation.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed management reports, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and related systems to support oversight of the capital program.
• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project delivery and objectives.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information about capital projects and operations.
