Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS), an 8(a) ANC and subsidiary of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, supports federal agencies and military installations with professional and technical solutions. The Lead Program Support Specialist/Program Manager role is based at TFHRC in McLean, VA and oversees contractor personnel to ensure task orders are fulfilled successfully.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, reporting, staff mentoring, and coordinating with COR and office POCs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Active Public Trust designation required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to navigate Government systems with minimal support (e.g., E2 Travel, EDMS, PRISM, CASTLE, Delphi).
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Able to mentor and manage contractor personnel.
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assign tasks across multiple work orders to qualified personnel.
• Coordinate contractor schedules and monitor timesheets and leave requests.
• Communicate schedules to COR and office POCs.
• Mentor contractor staff and address performance issues as needed.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure staffing coverage.
