Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff on program requirements and goals.
• Supervise subordinate supervisors and coordinate process improvements.
• Plan and monitor policies for program effectiveness and compliance.
• Interpret policies and analyze impact of legislation.
• Review programs for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with FBI, state and local agencies; prepare reports.
• Draft and revise manuals and procedure documents.
• Participate in conferences and vendor meetings; maintain required training for ACCESS to criminal history data.
• Support procurement and project implementation; may act as SME or project manager.
• Participate in interview boards, conduct evaluations, and advise management.
• Maintain regular attendance as per agency policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
