Responsibilities

• Serve as back up supervisor to a designated region fulfilling duties in their absence.
• Complete SPU hearings logged by COB on the 1st business day in the office from receipt; review and enter reports.
• Prepare and review monthly activity, J-Drive, and stamp reports by deadlines; conduct quality reviews and follow ups.
• Coordinate staff training, unit visits, and meetings; ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and notary applications.
