Job summary

You will provide technical leadership to ensure reliability and security while coordinating with customers, vendors, and other City departments on upgrades and new implementations.

The role includes supervising IT staff, guiding training, performance evaluations, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience substituting education with additional years of leadership is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operation groups within public safety systems.
• Provide advanced technical leadership for critical applications and data security.
• Coordinate with City departments, vendors and project teams on upgrades and new implementations.
