Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program service, project management, or customer success.
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivery challenges.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Medical Certificate and driver eligibility; clean driving record (21+).
• CDL may be required for some supervisor roles.
• Must pass and maintain material handling equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of products and services to customers and meet contractual obligations.
• Supervise program service teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Improve program service processes, resources, timelines, and project management.
• Build strong customer relationships and be primary contact for program service issues.

• Identify skills gaps and implement training to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and operations to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Drive data-driven improvements to customer experience and program service quality.
• Support post-program service engagement to drive retention and repeat business.
• Track and report key metrics related to timelines, satisfaction, and quality.
