Job summary

Wurth Industry US seeks a Supervisor of Program Service to oversee the delivery of products and services to customers, ensuring satisfaction, timely results, and adherence to contractual obligations. You will lead program service teams, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in program service, project management, or customer success with large, complex programs.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and resolving delivery challenges.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication across departments and with customers.
• Must have current Medical Certificate and meet driver requirements; CDL may be required for some positions.
• Must pass material handling equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of programs and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of program service professionals; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and operations to align internal capabilities with customer needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high retention and loyalty.
• Track and report key program metrics such as timelines and satisfaction.
