Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is seeking a Program Security Manager to lead the security program for classified projects in support of IC missions. You will oversee policy development, personnel security processing, and insider threat initiatives across Virginia operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DoD/IC stakeholders, maintaining clearance records, conducting OPSEC briefings, and ensuring strict compliance with NISP and IC directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent IT/Management certifications.
• 12 years of related experience, or 16 years if no degree.
• DCSA Certification such as SFPC and ICAMS PACS (CSEIP) Certification.
• Knowledge of Industrial Security inspections and DoD/IC security regulations.
• Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security program for classified projects in line with IC directives and NISP.
• Develop and implement personnel security processing, access control, and badging procedures.
• Maintain clearance records and process SF86 paperwork with government agencies.
• Coordinate with government security representatives and advise on federal requirements.
• Lead Security Education, Training and Awareness programs including Insider Threat.
• Ensure contract and subcontract security compliance with clients and internal teams.
• Manage document control and secure handling of sensitive material.
