Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is seeking a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for Weapons Systems programs. You will collaborate with PMs, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to manage schedules and support EVM processes.

Required 6+ to 10+ years of scheduling experience, knowledge of P6/MS Project/Deltek, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a robust schedule management role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in scheduling for engineering development or manufacturing (Level III).
• 10+ years’ experience in scheduling for engineering development or manufacturing (Level IV).
• Experience planning, baselining and tracking schedules for DoD programs.
• Familiar with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Deltek OpenPlan.
• Knowledge of earned value management and schedule performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule aligned to DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS standards.
• Lead meetings with PMs, CAMs and WPMs to obtain updates and forecast requirements.
• Create and update critical path, baselines and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide schedule performance metrics and reports for leadership.
• Ensure cost/schedule integration and support EVM reviews.
