Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Associate Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for Weapons Systems programs. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver schedules and improve planning processes.

The role requires 0-3 years of scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; a related degree is preferred and a security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ scheduling experience in engineering development or manufacturing operations or similar experience.
• Experience planning, baselining and tracking schedules for commercial and DoD programs.
• Familiar with Primavera P6, MS Project or Deltek OpenPlan.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IMSs to ensure alignment with contractual scope, logic, and resources.
• Assist in developing program baselines and verify budget baselines.
• Coordinate with Financial Analysts and provide Earned Value variance insights for baselines.
• Resolve schedule issues through root-cause analysis and teamwork.
• Monitor and improve planning and scheduling processes and procedures.
• Analyze operational health metrics to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
