Job summary

Textron Systems in Hunt Valley, MD seeks a Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for Weapons Systems programs. You will work with PMs, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to implement scheduling best practices including EVM.

The role requires cross-functional coordination, strong communication, and experience with PMI/DoD scheduling standards. Secret clearance preferred; salary ranges based on Level III/IV will apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ years scheduling in engineering development or manufacturing (Level III).
• 10+ years scheduling experience (Level IV).
• Experience planning, baselining and tracking schedules for DoD programs.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project or Deltek OpenPlan.
• Advanced scheduling methodologies and techniques.
• Prefer degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with EVM and reporting schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS compliant to DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS standards.
• Lead meetings with PMs, CAMs, WPMs for monthly accomplishments and requirements.
• Establish logic, predecessors and successors to define critical path.
• Develop and maintain schedule performance metrics and risk analyses.
• Advise on schedule forecasts, risks, and integration with cost data (EVM).
• Support EVM process reviews and IMP/IMS development.
• Interface across organization with clear written and oral communication.
