Job summary

Textron Systems in Wilmington, MA seeks a Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Weapons Systems programs. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to manage schedules and report progress.

Emphasis on Earned Value Management and schedule risk analysis. The role requires deep experience in scheduling within engineering/manufacturing, with strong knowledge of P6 or MS Project and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 6 years’ scheduling experience in engineering development/manufacturing (Level III).
• 10 years’ scheduling experience (Level IV).
• Experience in planning, baselining, tracking schedules for DoD/commercial programs.
• Familiar with EVM reporting and schedule management methodologies.
• Prerequisites include knowledge of P6, MS Project or Deltek OpenPlan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) per DIDs, PASEG, GASP, WBS standards.
• Coordinate with PMs, CAMs, and WPMs to collect monthly accomplishments and future requirements.
• Establish logic, predecessors, and critical path for programs.
• Develop schedule performance metrics and risk assessment processes.
• Advise on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks; ensure cost-schedule integration.
