Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS, ensuring realistic baselines and government compliance.

You will analyze critical path, risk integration, and schedule metrics, working with planning leads and customers. This U.S.-based role requires DoD clearance readiness and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to the development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
• Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle with contract changes.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements across all program phases.
• Ensure IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and demonstrates cost/schedule integration.
• Conduct detailed IMS analysis for quality, completeness and compliance.
• Communicate schedule status and critical path results to leadership and customers.
