Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Program Scheduler to join our remote team. You will develop and maintain complex IMS schedules, load resources, and perform Earned Value analysis to support program delivery across multiple functional groups.

The role requires coordination with finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality, with travel up to 20%. Strong communication and EVMS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior scheduling experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years prior scheduling experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related scheduling experience.
• 3+ Years experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs.
• 2+ Years experience utilizing scheduling software, i.e. Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) using SOW and WBS.
• Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Perform baseline maintenance, Schedule Risk Analysis, and metrics like BEI, CEI, and SPI.
