Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Program Scheduling Analyst to support a portfolio of DoD, NASA, and commercial aerospace programs.

You will develop Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project, ensure cost-schedule integration, and align scheduling with contractual requirements and EVMS where applicable. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or program planning in aerospace/defense or other technically complex environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for programs.
  • Knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
  • Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
  • Knowledge of EVM principles and schedule integration techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office applications.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills and briefing program leadership.
  • Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
  • Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, and maintain logical network relationships.
  • Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems to support full cost-schedule integration and EVM.
  • Establish schedule baselines; support IBRs and baseline change management.
  • Perform schedule performance analysis including variance, float, and KPIs.
  • Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with Program Controls.
  • Tailor scheduling approaches for government and agile commercial programs.
  • Support proposal activities with schedule development aligned to technical and cost strategies.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, quality.
  • Present schedule performance data to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations across cost, schedule, and risk.
