Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced EVM Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a newly awarded program. You will collaborate with the Project Cost Analyst and project management teams to align schedules with milestones, perform detailed schedule analysis, and prepare EVM metrics and status reports.

The role requires experience in project scheduling, EVMS, and ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional program planning or project scheduling role.
• Experience with MS Project and schedule management.
• Experience with Critical Path Analysis.
• Experience on a program with EVMS (EIA-748).
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Conduct schedule reviews and variance reporting to ensure alignment with milestones.
• Prepare EVM metrics and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support program startup, planning activities, and monthly execution rhythm.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with scheduling standards.
