Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on leading IMS/IMP development, linkages across milestones, and schedule risk management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IPTs, government stakeholders, and major defense contractors, producing advanced IMS artifacts, and ensuring schedule alignment with E‑7 modernization objectives. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Secret level clearance required.
• 5 years of relevant DoD/discipline experience preferred (3 in DoD).

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), IMPs, WBS, and EIMS for AWACS programs.
• Define schedule relationships across acquisition phases, milestones, designs, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor monthly inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders and integrate into the master schedule using CPM.
• Prepare IMS technical products: Gantt charts, network diagrams, and milestone tracking.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and corrective actions to leadership and teams.
