Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the USAF AWACS division at Tinker AFB, OK. You will develop and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and enterprise schedules, coordinating inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and strong experience with CPM-based scheduling, MS Project, and Open Plan Professional.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with IMS, IMP, WBS and enterprise schedules.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from IPTs, contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and EIMS with task linkages.
• Define relationships across phases, milestones, solicitations and deliveries.
• Monitor monthly inputs and integrate into the master schedule using CPM.
• Prepare IMS artifacts: Gantt charts, network diagrams, and risk analysis.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership and program teams.
