Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the AWACS division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, IMS/IMP/WBS, and enterprise schedules across multiple programs.

You will coordinate with IPTs, contractors, and USAF personnel to align milestones, design reviews, and deployment objectives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field with DoD experience, strong CPM skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Open

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to maintain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across AWACS programs and upgrades.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and Enterprise IMS.
• Define schedule relationships across acquisition phases, milestones, solicitations, and deployments.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders and integrate into the master schedule.
• Prepare IMS artifacts such as Gantt charts, network diagrams, and critical path analysis.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and required actions to leadership and program teams.
