Job summary

DCS is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler for hybrid work at Tinker AFB, OK, supporting AWACS modernization efforts. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and related artifacts, coordinate inputs from multiple teams, and advise on schedule feasibility and risks. U.S.

citizenship and a Secret clearance are required. Responsibilities include connecting acquisition phases, milestones, design reviews, and deployments, ensuring schedule integrity and timely program execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5 years in the discipline with 3 in DoD, or 8 years in the discipline with 5 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level scheduling support across AWACS programs, aligning with modernization objectives.
• Develop and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS/EIMS with proper task linkages and milestones.
• Monitor inputs from IPTs and contractors; integrate into master schedule using CPM.
• Advise on schedule feasibility, risk, and readiness for milestones.
• Communicate schedule status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
