McBride is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW AWACS programs at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on creating and maintaining IMS/IMP/WBS, coordinating with IPTs and contractors, and delivering critical schedule products.

Responsibilities include integrating inputs into master schedules, applying CPM, and communicating risks to leadership while supporting milestone readiness and program milestones.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of DoD-related experience
• 8 years in scheduling with 5 in the DoD

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS, IMP, WBS, and enterprise-level schedules for AWACS programs.
• Apply CPM, baseline management, and schedule risk identification to ensure executable timelines.
• Integrate monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and internal stakeholders into IMS structures.
• Produce IMS artifacts such as Gantt charts, network diagrams, and milestone tracking.
• Communicate schedule objectives, status, and risks to leadership and program teams.
