Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the E-7 AWACS modernization efforts at Tinker AFB, OK. You will develop and maintain IMS/IMP schedules, apply CPM, and coordinate inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders.

This role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of DoD scheduling experience or 8 years in DoD, and proficiency with MS Project and Open Plan.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required and must be maintainable.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with DoD experience or 8 years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across multiple AWACS programs and upgrade efforts, ensuring alignment with E-7 modernization objectives.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Enterprise IMS, ensuring accurate linkage of tasks, dependencies, and program phases.
• Define schedule relationships among acquisition phases, milestones, solicitations, contract awards, design reviews, deliveries, testing events, production phases, and deployment objectives.
• Monitor monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and government stakeholders; integrate them into the master schedule using Critical Path Method discipline.
• Coordinate schedule activities among multi-disciplinary PMO personnel, contractors, and government stakeholders supporting E-7 AWACS programs.
