Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The role covers program-level schedule consulting, overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule integrity.

You will develop schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, analyze logic, maintain master schedules, and produce monthly progress reports while collaborating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implementing best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally.
• Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce high level and 1, 3, 6 months look ahead from P6 for reporting.
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
