Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS/IMS. The role builds the network and workflow of schedule activities to ensure an effective plan for the scope of work, with attention to critical path, risk integration, and directives compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of scheduling or PM experience; advanced degree possible
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required
• Experience with IMS, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis
• Experience with EVMS or similar business processes
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for IMS development and maintenance in MS Project
• Maintain IMS throughout program lifecycle and incorporate changes
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements
• Resource load IMS with target budgets and cost/schedule integration
• Communicate schedule status, CP analysis, and variance trends to stakeholders
• Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to IMS
• Assist with development/maintenance of Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software
