Job summary

Synergy ECP seeks an experienced Scheduler to design and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operations. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, test, and quality control to ensure alignment with overall IMPs and the Master Program Schedule.

The role requires extensive scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, and a track record of integrating diverse project timelines.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience as a Scheduler in complex programs.
• 2+ years managing schedules for engineering programs.
• Advanced MS Project or Primavera coursework completed.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement schedule management processes and procedures.
• Maintain and develop the Master Program/Project Schedule and integrate multiple schedules.
• Develop layered schedules and IMPs that reflect project progress and objectives.
• Facilitate weekly meetings and coordinate milestones across projects.
