Job summary

Hive Group LLC seeks a Program/Project Management Specialist IV to lead complex TSA program implementations and continuous improvements. The role requires on-site presence at designated offices in Maryland/Virginia, with travel as needed.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop governance, control baselines, and deliver status reports and training materials for secure and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate internal cross-functional resources and third-party vendors.
• Track record of managing project scope, schedules, costs, and risks to deliver on time and within budget.
• Expert communication with diverse stakeholders and senior management.
• Develops detailed project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Tracks progress and verifies milestones using established methods.
• Identifies roadblocks, reports issues, and escalates risks through governance channels.
• Must pass TSA security suitability determinations and complete annual government training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project methodologies, best practices, and templates from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project documents including charters, WBS, and staffing plans.
• Manage integrated schedules and IMS baselines and milestones.
• Own governance plans covering risk, change, quality, and configuration management.
• Generate executive status reports, dashboards, and briefing packages.
• Facilitate PMRs and IP R s; coordinate IPTs, CCBs, and ESCs.
• Manage meeting data: schedules, agendas, minutes, action items, logs.
• Author strategic plans, long-term capability roadmaps, and phase plans.
• Support operational rollouts for vetting programs and security workflows.
• Conduct training needs assessments and design training curricula and metrics.
• Produce onboarding packets, refresher materials, and remediation guides.
• Improve SOPs, job aids, and detailed process maps; provide policy editing.
• Ensure documentation meets TSA records management, privacy, and security mandates.
• Coordinate cross-branch initiatives involving ICAM, digital identity, and Touchless ID.
