Brooks Sports Inc in Seattle is seeking a Program & Process Manager II to lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery in market. You will guide mid-level product development workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive alignment with business strategies.

The role emphasizes process improvement at scale, autonomy, and mentoring team members within a dynamic environment. Location emphasizes in-person collaboration at our Seattle HQ four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 5+ years in program, project, or process management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday, Asana or similar tools.
• Strong planning, risk management, and integrated workstream oversight.
• Ability to align execution with strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of programs or major cross-functional workstreams.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and milestones.
• Apply best practices in program and portfolio management and develop dashboards.
• Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with leaders to align execution with strategy.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and document actions and follow-ups.
• Map workflows and drive scalable process improvements.
• Assist with resource planning and prioritization discussions.
• Define program scope, outcomes, and critical path with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
