Job summary

Brooks Running is seeking a Program and Process Manager II at our Seattle headquarters to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to delivery. You will manage mid-level product development workstreams, resolve interdependencies, and align initiatives with business strategy.

You will apply best practices in portfolio and process management, develop scalable project plans, and mentor others while collaborating with senior leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, project, or process management in a product development environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and high business impact.
• Strong knowledge of program and project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Asana, or similar).
• Proficiency in program planning, critical path development, risk management, and integrated workstream oversight.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of programs or major cross-functional workstreams, aligning teams to goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the central connector across cross-functional teams, resolving blockers and ensuring alignment throughout product creation.
• Champion and apply best practices in program and portfolio management with dashboards, milestones, and status reporting.
• Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues affecting delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to define program scope, outcomes, and critical path; ensure clarity and accountability across functions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performing Program & Process Management culture.
• Enable cross-functional decision-making by identifying gaps and guiding issue resolution.
