Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking a Senior Program & Process Manager, Apparel to lead high-impact apparel and accessory programs across multiple teams. You will ensure scope, time, and resources align with business goals, acting as a cross-functional integrator and catalyst for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring systems thinking, bias for action, and a track record of managing ambiguity, with deep expertise in program management and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program, portfolio, or process management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product development.
• PM certifications (PMP) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic execution of cross-functional apparel programs from initiation through delivery.
• Drive end-to-end management of all Apparel programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Act as the central connector across teams, resolving blockers and maintaining alignment.
• Champion and apply best practices in program and portfolio management; maintain dashboards and reports.
