Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years in program, portfolio, or process management.
• 4+ years leading project teams with PMP or similar.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders using data.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday, Jira or similar.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in Apparel or Footwear a plus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery. Align milestones, deliverables, and resourcing to priorities.
• Drive end-to-end management of all Apparel programs; partner to drive GTM success.
• Act as central connector across cross-functional teams; resolve blockers and maintain alignment.
• Champion best practices; refine tools, templates, and methodologies; manage program dashboards and milestones.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization; align with capacity and timing constraints.
• Shape team dynamics and participate in transformative initiatives.
• Lead governance, milestone reviews, and decision forums for clearer outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in program execution and collaboration.
• Mentor junior program managers; build cross-functional fluency.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables with proactive management.
• Collaborate with Product Ops, Product Management, Development, Sourcing, Footwear, and Marketing.
