Job summary

Brooks seeks a Senior Program & Process Manager, Apparel, to lead cross-functional apparel and accessory programs from initiation through delivery. You will align milestones, manage scope, time, and resourcing, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

A systems-minded, action-oriented leader with strong stakeholder skills and PM software experience (Smartsheet, Monday, Jira) will excel. You will mentor junior managers and drive continuous improvement to enhance product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of program, portfolio, or process management experience.
• 4+ years leading project teams and PM certifications desired.
• Advanced understanding of program governance and portfolio planning.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery.
• Drive end-to-end management of Apparel programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Act as central connector to resolve blockers and align dependencies.
• Champion best practices in program and portfolio management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and resource prioritization.
• Lead governance, milestone reviews, and decision forums.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and collaboration.
• Partner with sponsors, product creation leadership, and functional heads.
• Mentor junior program managers and build team capability.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables with proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Product Management, Development, Sourcing, Footwear, and Marketing.
• Introduce new tools and methodologies to Brooks and lead implementation.
