Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in program, project, or process management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday, Asana) and project planning.
• Ability to align execution to strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and executive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of programs or major cross-functional workstreams.
• Act as central connector across cross-functional teams, resolving blockers, tracking key dependencies, and ensuring alignment.
• Champion and apply best practices in program and portfolio management, driving planning, dashboards, and status reporting.
