Job summary

Applied Research Solutions seeks a Project Scheduler Journeyman in Bedford, Massachusetts who brings strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project to the PMO. The role plans, builds, coordinates, and manages the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and communicates IMS status to the customer and project team.

Qualified candidates are US citizens with an active Secret clearance. A BA/BS with 10 years of related experience (or 15 years with proper certifications, including DoD experience) is required.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• BA/BS with 10 years related experience or 15 years with proper certifications, 5 in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Plans, builds, coordinates, and manages the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Communicates and coordinates IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
• Ensures integrated schedule management support to system acquisition processes and collaborates on key schedule requirements
• Supports requirements development, plan preparation, and assesses ability to achieve results
• Communicates schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management
• Takes corrective actions as necessary to achieve end results
• Has an understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Office Project
• Other duties as assigned
