Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and partner with senior stakeholders on strategic decisions. You will translate complex data into actionable, on-time solutions and contribute to mission-critical programs in missiles and defense.

You’ll work to drive schedule-driven success, collaborate with engineers and managers, and grow through exposure to multi-domain systems in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with networked schedules and critical-path methodology.
• Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of planning or program-management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and delivering Program Planning products/deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the PSMS.
• Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic) and devise mitigation strategies.
• Create proposal and execution schedules, then track performance against milestones.
• Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle to maintain alignment.
• Provide inputs for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure program performance.
