Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree may be desirable.
• 6 years of relevant experience required; 8–12 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of program and project development from concept to implementation.
• Supervise project consultants and interns.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans; establish KPIs.
• Prepare clear updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners; provide consultative support; drive cross-functional coordination.
