Clinical & Support Options, Inc. in Greenfield, MA seeks a Program Manager for the CBHC PACT program. You will oversee clinical and administrative operations, supervise staff and interns, and provide direct treatment services to individuals, families, and groups.

The role involves leading program activities, ensuring service quality, managing referrals, and coordinating with community partners. Strong leadership and trauma-informed practice are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master’s degree required.
• Three years of relevant experience including supervisory experience.
• Clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) required.
• Computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day programmatic and administrative oversight of PACT program.
• Develop and participate in ongoing activities including onsite and community programs.
• Coordinate and ensure quality services within the PACT team.
• Manage the program budget with support from the Program Director.
• Lead and participate in PACT training, monitoring fidelity to the model.
• Hire and train staff in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based models and provide on-site or home-based support.
• Perform trauma-informed intake assessments and complete clinical assessments.
• Participate in collaborative care planning and case management.
